Amy Gaskin is a certified Health, Life, and Trim Healthy Mama coach and a 43-year-old mother of five. After overcoming stressful life events and health challenges, Amy transformed her lifestyle through exercise and the Trim Healthy Mama plan, achieving a 180° health transformation. With nearly 8 years of success maintaining her health and managing conditions like Hashimoto’s and adrenal fatigue, Amy now empowers women to create sustainable habits that reclaim their health and confidence.
My team of 4 is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. From an accountability coach to customer service and admins who work behind the scenes, we have the expertise to guide you on your wellness journey.

I am dedicated to equipping women with actionable steps, sustainable routines, and a resilient mindset that will help them become healthier, stronger, and more fulfilled. With a passion for seeing women succeed, I strive to create a safe, encouraging space where progress—not perfection—is celebrated, and where lasting change becomes achievable for every woman who chooses to show up for herself. One participant shared how the BUDS program transformed her approach to eating by teaching her to be more mindful of food choices and timing. She loved discovering new recipes and the "cheering" she received from her fellow BUDS, which made her feel supported and motivated every step of the way.
Buds is an amazing program for both those new to THM and people like me who know the plan well but need the accountability and challenges. Love Coach Amy and all she pours into her education and clients. Her realness about what health looks like and the journey. I feel more motivated to stay on plan. I have seen progress in resisting stress eating and late night eating. I realized I can really make it four hours and do just fine. I have done seven weight workouts! The opportunity to ask questions, the Live videos, and the education were so helpful. I like the challenges and can’t wait to use the tracker. I wasn’t able to do it in Buds due to life circumstances but will definitely use it in Blooms.
Coach Amy has taken the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle and made it applicable and simple to implement and live. Her educational materials do not make you feel like you are drinking from a fire hose and drowning. She provides great video and print learning resources that cover all of the bases without the overwhelm. She is encouraging and supportive, but she is also realistic. She holds her Buds accountable and leads them to success by her can-do attitude. What I learned my biggest missing piece was to live the THM way for life is that I was not keeping promises to myself. Coach Amy helped me to see that, and I now am committed to doing what is best for my health, which is keeping promises to myself about my food and health choices. Buds has been so grounding for me. I had followed THM in the past but had strayed for many years and needed to brush up on my knowledge AND my commitment. Coach Amy showed me how I can simply work this lifestyle into my already full days! I was also reminded that its okay (VITAL!) that I do what my body needs so I can BE a better wife/mom!
