I began my health journey in 2016. We had experienced a few stressful life events the previous years. I ate to feel better and I was sick of feeling bad. I began CrossFit July 2016, then began the Trim Healthy Mama plan January 2017. I’ve lost about 30 pounds total (my weight has fluctuated, I had gotten down to 126) from 160 to 130. I’ve gone from a size 12 (large) to a size 4 (small). I have continued going to CrossFit and have achieved things I never thought imaginable.
January 10, 2023, I celebrated SIX years of taking care of Amy!
My life has made a 180° turn!
No more days of exhaustion.
No more heart medicine.
My eye sight has improved.

I became a certified Trim Healthy Mama Lifestyle Coach in September 2019. In that short amount of time I’ve thoroughly enjoyed helping ladies learn the THM way. I offer 1-on-1 and group coaching. I know THM seems overwhelming at first glance. IT IS NOT HARD with proper understanding. Believe me, if I can stay consistent with this crazy life, you can too!!

The THM plan is a way of eating that involves balancing blood sugar, centering meals around protein, and focuses on whole, nourishing foods.
