Buds is an amazing program for both those new to THM and people like me who know the plan well but need the accountability and challenges. Coach Amy has taken the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle and made it applicable and simple to implement and live. Her educational materials do not make you feel like you are drinking from a fire hose and drowning. She provides great video and print learning resources that cover all of the bases without the overwhelm. She is encouraging and supportive, but she is also realistic. She holds her Buds accountable and leads them to success by her can-do attitude. What I learned my biggest missing piece was to live the THM way for life is that I was not keeping promises to myself. Coach Amy helped me to see that, and I now am committed to doing what is best for my health, which is keeping promises to myself about my food and health choices. Overall, I LOVED Buds and would absolutely recommend it to everyone…especially the women who have followed THM for years and think they know the plan but are frustrated because they’re stuck and the scale hasn’t moved.  I guarantee they will find something in your program that they didn’t know before or hadn’t been doing.  I committed to posting my food tracking each day because I know it helps me stay on track and keep paying attention to what I’m eating (how many S, E, or FPs).  I really appreciated your meal review and suggestions and answering all my crazy questions.

I learned so much in Buds - new food choices and ways of better planning . Being held accountable not just to myself but to another person makes one think before eating !!! I also learned just because we can eat more fat maybe we should not over do it. I also learned that permissible may be ok but is not best.

Can I say that I loved  everything? It all stacked upon each other and I feel like I was able to keep adding to my THM toolbelt. 


I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring for months and after join Buds 2.0 and staying on plan, I am able to wear my wedding ring again! This is a huge win and motivation to keep going!


I've had other THM coaches in the best, they were amazing too, but Coach Amy is above and beyond. The community she has created makes me feel like I'm joining a family and I feel like I found my place in the THM world. Coach Amy is inspiring and detailed. I love her "no excuse" mentality, it helped wake myself up out of the "treat yourself" mindset and really focus on my goals. The live in the kitchen and menus are my fave!  I loved all of the group - but meal planning and prep I struggle with so much!!  Being able to have the menu at my fingertips, planned out for me all I had to do was order the ingredients and I had my meals for the week! I love that they are all family friendly, and my family has enjoyed most of them as well!


I feel SO much less bloated and I have already had most of my joint pain subside!! And I’ve saved SO much on NOT door dashing!!!

No worries at all! This experience is designed to be self-paced. You can catch up anytime or simply pick up where you are. Progress, not perfection, is the goal here! 🩷  If you do not participate in the live portion of the 6 week experience, during weeks 3, 4, &5, you will not have the opportunity to make that up.


Perfect! The BUDS Experience walks you through the basics step-by-step, and you’ll have simple resources and live access to Coach Amy during weeks 3, 4, & 5,  if you have questions. We’ll help you feel confident, not overwhelmed!


Nope! Sharing your meals is totally optional. If you want extra accountability and feedback during Weeks 4 & 5, it’s available — but it’s never required.


Lifetime access! Once you enroll, the resource hub is yours to revisit anytime you need a refresher or extra support. 🎉
