Live Pep Talks:

Five scheduled live sessions offering motivational talks, practical advice, and Q&A opportunities with Coach Amy. These sessions are designed to inspire, address challenges, and celebrate progress.

Interactive Challenges:

Fun and engaging weekly challenges related to the four pillars of the challenge, encouraging participants to put into practice what they've learned and share their experiences.

  • Step 2: Orientation - Once registered, you’ll receive a welcome packet via email that includes all the information you need to get started, such as starting dates and access to our online platform.
     
  • Step 3: Weekly Focus - Each week, we'll dive into one of the four pillars: Nutrition, Hydration, Fitness, and Rest. You’ll receive specific content aimed at helping you establish and strengthen your guardrails in these areas.
     
  • Step 4: Interactive Tasks and Challenges - Engage with practical activities and challenges designed to integrate your new knowledge into everyday life.
     
  • Step 5: Community Support and Interaction - Participate in discussions, share your progress, and gain insights from other members in our dedicated online community.
     
  • Step 6: Continuous Learning and Support - Even after the challenge ends, receive ongoing tips and support through Coach Amy's regular newsletters and community updates.

Pricing and Registration

The Guardrails Challenge is designed to be accessible to everyone, reflecting Coach Amy's commitment to creating a healthier community. Here’s how you can join:


  • Early Bird Special: For the first 24 hours after launch, register for the challenge at a minimum "pay what you can" rate of $15.
     
  • Standard Registration: After the early bird period, the minimum "pay what you can" rate increases to $35.


If you appreciate Coach Amy's efforts and wish to contribute more, any additional support is greatly appreciated. We’re excited to spend May with you!
 

Exclusive Offer for Challenge Participants: All participants will be eligible to join the Blooms Group Coaching program at a discounted rate of $45 per month, a substantial saving from the regular price of $67.
